Our Juices and smoothies are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Revitalise after a yoga class or a surf session with an energy boost.
Our locally sourced coffee beans make for the perfect post surf caffeine hit where you can chill outside and breathe.

Saj is a traditional Lebanese flatbread. Served at Mandala with sweet and savoury options like nutella.

The Bar is open daily from 9 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM – 8 PM.

Beyond Mandala life exists, but we’d like to reserve your efforts of having to travel too far to find all you need.

What’s Coming

Mandala will very much be the hub of healing for yoga lovers, surf enthusiasts and our wider community.

Our inside area will be host to a Watsu Pool as well as an indoor yoga shala and therapy rooms.

During Watsu, a therapist gently moves your body in water. This is known as passive hydrotherapy, because you don’t need to actively perform the movements.Wastu Therapy promotes increased range of motion, reduces stress relief, reduction in arthritic pain as well as support for emotional trauma, anxiety and sleeping disorders.

Natural / Therapy

As part of our mission to prioritise connections between people and nature through movement and the healing arts, we will be working with local therapists to offer their services at Mandala. Therapists can rent a room or space and take their own bookings, we will provide the healing atmosphere and you the arts.

Iron Wave Gym

A thriving fitness community right here in beautiful Sagres. This is what the IronWave_Gym project is all about! Together we’ll create an environment where we uplift, motivate and push each other to our limits! It’s all about fostering a supportive space where we grow, achieve and celebrate victories, both big and small. Let’s sweat, let’s inspire and let’s conquer our goals together!

HIIT-Packed Workouts: The main part is a heart-pounding High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session (between 25 – 30 minutes). Get ready to push your limits, torch calories, and build lean muscle.

Warm Up & Cool Down: I believe in balanced training. Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prep your body for action and ends with a calming cooldown to promote recovery and flexibility.

Efficient and Effective: Life is busy, and I respect your time. In just 45 minutes, I will deliver a full-body workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and energised.

Functional Movements: Say goodbye to the monotony of traditional workouts. The classes focus on functional movements that improve real-life agility, making you more capable and confident in your daily activities.

Inclusive and Supportive: The classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert trainers provide modifications and challenges to meet you where you are.
