Vinyasa

Welcome to our Vinyasa Yoga class, a dynamic and invigorating practice that seamlessly synchronizes movement with breath. Vinyasa, derived from the Sanskrit word “nyasa,” meaning “to place,” and “vi,” meaning “in a special way,” encourages you to cultivate a deep connection between mind, body, and breath.
In this class, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

The practice is characterized by its fluid and creative sequences, where postures flow gracefully from one to the next. As you move through a series of asanas (poses), you’ll cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper alignment, offering adjustments and modifications to ensure a safe and effective practice for practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive environment to explore and deepen your practice.

Breath is the cornerstone of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll learn to harness the power of your breath, using it as a tool to calm the mind, increase focus, and elevate your practice. The mindfulness cultivated through breath awareness extends beyond the mat, helping you find a sense of peace and balance in your daily life.
Throughout the class, you’ll have moments of meditation and relaxation, allowing you to dive deeper into your inner self. This practice provides a pathway to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable attire that allows for ease of movement. Props like blocks and straps may be used to support your practice. Join us in our Vinyasa Yoga class to experience the joy of movement, the serenity of breath, and the unity of mind, body, and spirit. Discover a sense of vitality, balance, and inner harmony as you flow through this dynamic practice and connect with your authentic self.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga with a set sequence of asana and a fixed order of postures. That’s because each asana is preparatory to the next one slowly deepening the flow.
This practice emphasises the link between movement, breath (Ujjayi breathing) and bandhas (energy locks).
The Primary series is known as Yoga Chikitsa meaning yoga therapy. It aims to detoxify and realign the body.
Altough the practice is intense, it is accessible to all levels and pratictioners.

Kundalini Yoga

Welcome to our Kundalini Yoga sanctuary! Here, you’ll dive into a dynamic mix of breath, movement, poses, and meditation. Feel your energy shift with each exercise, paving the way for inner transformation. Our classes aren’t just about poses; they’re a journey through your own consciousness.

Whether you’re seeking to connect deeper with Kundalini energy or heal, our classes provide a supportive space. Each session brings a deeper understanding of yourself and a revitalized spirit. Join us for a taste of this sacred practice. Try it once, and if it resonates, make it a weekly ritual to fully embrace Kundalini’s benefits.

Acro Yoga

AcroYoga is a captivating practice that fuses the mindful essence of yoga with the dynamic thrill of acrobatics. It involves the collaborative effort of two or more individuals who engage in a mesmerizing display of physical coordination, communication, and mutual trust. Through a seamless choreography of poses, balances, and movements, practitioners embark on a journey that transcends the limitations of gravity.
In this captivating dance of body and spirit, participants become both the base and the flyer, taking on distinct roles that require different skill sets and strengths. The “base” provides a stable foundation, using their grounded presence and strength to support the “flyer,” who is elevated into intricate postures that seem to defy the laws of physics. This interaction is facilitated by precise alignment, keen body awareness, and a deep connection between partners.

Communication lies at the heart of AcroYoga. Verbal cues, subtle shifts in weight, and synchronized breaths form the language through which partners understand each other’s intentions and respond harmoniously. This non-verbal dialogue not only creates an impressive spectacle but also fosters a profound sense of connection and mutual understanding.

What makes AcroYoga truly unique is its blend of physicality, mindfulness, and interpersonal connection. It challenges participants to transcend their individual limitations, fostering a sense of shared accomplishment as they collectively create shapes and sequences that appear almost magical. This practice not only builds physical strength, flexibility, and balance but also nurtures qualities like patience, trust, empathy, and open-heartedness.
In the end, AcroYoga becomes a captivating story of collaboration, where bodies intertwine in a captivating narrative of fluid movements, suspended poses, and moments of suspended awe. It’s a celebration of human potential, where individuals learn to harmonize their strengths and vulnerabilities, resulting in a breathtaking display of unity, creativity, and joy.

Thai Yoga Massage

A Thai Yoga Massage class is a structured educational session where participants learn and practice the techniques of traditional Thai massage, a therapeutic bodywork modality rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions. Also known as “Nuad Bo-Rarn” or “Thai yoga therapy,” this form of massage combines elements of acupressure, passive yoga stretches, and energy work to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being.
In a Thai Yoga Massage class, students are typically introduced to the foundational principles of Thai massage, which include using rhythmic pressure, stretching, and gentle manipulation of the body’s energy pathways (sen lines). The class is often led by an experienced instructor who guides participants through various techniques, sequences, and postures. Students learn to use their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along specific points and lines on the recipient’s body, while also assisting the recipient in various yoga-like stretches.
Participants in a Thai Yoga Massage class gain practical skills in applying these techniques to help release tension, improve circulation, increase joint mobility, and promote a sense of relaxation and balance. Additionally, the class may cover the cultural and historical background of Thai massage, as well as its connection to traditional Thai medicine and spiritual practices.
Overall, a Thai Yoga Massage class offers individuals the opportunity to learn a unique form of bodywork that encompasses both physical and energetic aspects, fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness.
