Join us for a 1.5-hour deep dive into yoga postures in this weekly, workshop-style class. Asana Lab focuses on alignment, technique, and intelligent sequencing to help you safely work toward a peak pose each session.

Open to all levels, this class blends expert instruction with props and modifications, making advanced postures accessible to everyone. Whether you’re new to yoga or refining your practice, you’ll gain confidence, precision, and a deeper understanding of each asana.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga with a set sequence of asana and a fixed order of postures. That’s because each asana is preparatory to the next one slowly deepening the flow.

This practice emphasises the link between movement, breath (Ujjayi breathing) and bandhas (energy locks).

The Primary series is known as Yoga Chikitsa meaning yoga therapy. It aims to detoxify and realign the body.

Although the practice is intense, it is accessible to all levels and practitioners.

YOGA NIDRA

Sink into deep rest without needing to move a muscle.
Yoga Nidra — also called yogic sleep — is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently awake. Through breath awareness, body scanning, and gentle visualization, the nervous system shifts into its healing state: stress melts, tension softens, and the mind becomes calm and clear. Just one session can feel as restoring as several hours of sleep.

This practice is especially helpful for those who feel stressed, overwhelmed, unable to switch off, or in need of recovery. No experience is required. Simply lie down, listen, and rest. Each class is an invitation to reset the system and wake up feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
