FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Our signature class designed to make you stronger for everyday life. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills that improve strength, stamina, and mobility. Functional Training is for all levels and always varied, so you’ll never get bored while building real, usable fitness.
HYBRID TRAINING
Strength meets conditioning. In this class, we blend lifting with cardio-style challenges to push both power and endurance. It’s intense, dynamic, and perfect if you want a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling accomplished and unstoppable.
STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE
The perfect class if you’re new to lifting or want to refine your form. We focus on proper technique, safe progression, and building solid foundations for long-term strength. With small group coaching and plenty of feedback, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to move well and lift safely.
CONDITIONING
Sweat, energy, and fun. Conditioning is all about pushing your cardiovascular fitness with circuits, intervals, and bodyweight drills. It’s the class that gets your heart pumping, burns calories, and keeps you smiling through the challenge — suitable for every fitness level.
POWER PILATES
A modern, energetic twist on Pilates. This class builds deep core strength, tones muscles, and improves posture, while also boosting balance and control. Low-impact but highly effective, it’s perfect for anyone wanting to get stronger, leaner, and more aligned.
MOBILITY
Better movement starts here. Our Mobility class works on active range of motion, joint control, and movement quality through targeted drills and flows. It’s ideal for preventing injuries, improving performance, and simply feeling more free and comfortable in your body.
STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY
Slow down, recover, and release. This class focuses on deep static stretches and breathwork to lengthen muscles and reduce tension. Unlike mobility, it’s about relaxation and flexibility, leaving you looser, lighter, and ready for the week ahead.
