Discover contrast bathing in diverse community sessions. From Open Garden to Book Club, Sauna & Sound to Silent sessions, we offer experiences designed to help you recover and connect.

GUIDED RITUALS

Experience fully guided contrast therapy rooted in the ancient knowledge of Lithuanian Pirtis. Our FICSS Sauna Hosts guide you through smell, touch, heat and steam.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Enjoy exclusive use of the Recovery Garden, including the sauna, cold plunges, fire pit and chill out areas, with Sauna Hosts on hand to support your group.

BESPOKE EVENTS

Tailored bathing experiences for celebrations, retreats and team building. We can blend guided rituals with 1:1 treatments including whisking, body scrubs and honey massage.

Recovery Garden

A community bathing space, born from a collaboration with The Fire and Ice Community Sweat Sanctuary (FICSS). A place to slow down, connect, and come back to yourself. Through heat, cold, ritual, and good company.

Come and sweat with your community. This is a chance for you to connect with others, whilst you are fully in control of your own contrast therapy experience. Your Sauna Hosts will be on hand to offer any support or guidance you might need, all the whilst being your cold immersion cheerleaders.
